Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Manager to lead our Perfume division in Dubai. As a Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the perfume industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving business success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives for the perfume division.
  2. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand the brand’s reach and presence in the market.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  5. Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve performance targets and objectives.
  6. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of commercial activities.
  8. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices, and incorporate them into the company’s strategy and operations.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand and build relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Proven experience in a commercial or sales leadership role within the perfume or fragrance industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  3. Strong understanding of the perfume market in Dubai and the wider Middle East region, including consumer preferences, distribution channels, and competitive landscape.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of identifying opportunities and developing effective solutions.
  6. Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team, drive performance, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  7. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and exceeding expectations.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
  9. Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
  10. Valid UAE driving license.
